About Spinosaurus
The largest known carnivorous dinosaur, bigger than T. rex. Had a distinctive sail on its back formed by elongated neural spines. The first dinosaur known to be semi-aquatic — had dense bones for buoyancy control, crocodile-like snout, and pressure sensors. Ate giant fish. Lost and found multiple times; original fossils destroyed in WWII Munich bombing.
