About Dilophosaurus
Known for its twin head crests. The Jurassic Park version (with a frill and venom) is fictional — no evidence for either. The crests were thin and delicate, likely for display. One of the first large theropods. Had a notch in its upper jaw that may have been a weak point. May have scavenged more than hunted.
