About Oviraptor

Named egg thief because it was found on a nest of eggs assumed to be Protoceratops. Later discoveries revealed those were its own eggs — it was a caring parent brooding its nest. Had a toothless beak and a crest on its head like a cassowary. Diet likely included eggs, plants, and small animals.
