About Amargasaurus
A small sauropod with a dramatic double row of tall spines on its neck and back. The spines may have supported a sail, been covered in keratin sheaths forming spikes, or been used for display. The tallest spines were on the neck, reaching up to 60 cm. Likely used for species recognition or temperature regulation.
